By accessing and using MysticForestWay.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MysticForest. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. MysticForest is not available to users under 18 or to those who have been previously banned from the Platform. Additionally, access may be restricted based on geographic location in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of MysticForest, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Create only one account per user. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Virtual Coins & In-Platform Currency

MysticForest uses virtual coins as an in-game currency for entertainment purposes only. Virtual coins have no real monetary value and cannot be converted to real currency or transferred outside the Platform. Virtual coins are:

  • Non-transferable between users
  • For entertainment and gameplay purposes only
  • Subject to forfeiture upon account termination
  • Not redeemable for cash or real goods

The Platform operates entirely on virtual currency with no real-money mechanics. Users engage with MysticForest purely for entertainment and social gaming enjoyment.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post obscene, defamatory, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without explicit permission
  • Engage in fraudulent activity or impersonation
  • Spam or post promotional content without authorization
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MysticForest, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MysticForest or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content without our prior written permission. User-generated content remains your property, but by posting it, you grant MysticForest a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and modify such content for Platform purposes.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of MysticForest is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding data collection, usage, and protection. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MysticForest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, all virtual coins and account progress will be forfeited. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us directly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Austin, Travis County, Texas.
